We Arrive Early – You Only Pay for Booth Time

Reliability is our hallmark. We always arrive with plenty of time to set up and test the lighting. Your booking is for 2, 3, or 4 hours of active booth time—setup and dismantle are completely free and never taken from your hire time.

We’ve worked at enough venues, from Cottiers in the West End to Saint Luke’s in the East End, to know that speeches can run over. If things run late, we stay discreet and, where possible, ensure you still receive your full booth time

Your booth comes with a professional attendant—usually Kevin—who ensures a premium experience at venues like Ingliston Country Club or The Radstone Hotel. We:

• Assist Guests: Helping everyone from toddlers to grandparents use the booth and props.
• Manage the Guestbook: Ensuring every photo is glued in with a handwritten message.
• Maintain Flow: Keeping the prints flowing and the queue moving so the dancefloor stays busy
