Travel is free within 30 miles of Hamilton. For venues further afield, a small fuel surcharge may apply (we’ll quote this upfront).

Frequently asked questions

Does setup time cut into my hire time?

No! We arrive approx. 60 minutes early to set up and test everything. Your hire time (e.g., 3 hours) only starts once the Mirror is officially open and ready for guests.

How much space do you need?

We need a floor space of about 2m x 2m. This gives us enough room for the Mirror, the red carpet, and the props table. We also need access to a single standard plug socket.

Can it go upstairs?

Important: The Magic Mirror is a heavy piece of professional kit built into a flight case. If your function room is upstairs, there must be a lift. If your venue has stairs and no lift, please let us know beforehand so we can discuss the options

How do I book?

It’s simple. Contact us to check we are free on your date. If we are, we will email you a formal invoice and our Terms & Conditions. We just require a £50 deposit to lock the date in. The remaining balance isn't due until 2 weeks before your event..
